Gosselin Says DOD Bid-Rigging Verdict Too Speculative

Law360, Washington (September 23, 2011, 5:02 PM EDT) -- Belgian transport company Gosselin Worldwide Moving NV asked a Virginia federal judge on Friday to toss a jury verdict finding it had schemed to overcharge the U.S. Department of Defense by fixing rates for transportation contracts, saying the verdict was too speculative.
