Law360, New York (September 27, 2011, 2:09 PM EDT) -- The U.S. government on Friday accused another subcontractor employee working on a $2.5 billion Tennessee Valley Authority project of lying about the inspection of cables that powered safety equipment at a nuclear plant, months after his co-worker pled guilty to similar criminal charges.
