Another Beetle-Tainted Similac Suit Sliced Apart

Law360, New York (September 27, 2011, 7:51 PM EDT) -- An Illinois federal judge on Tuesday tossed all but two claims from a proposed class action against Abbott Laboratories Inc. over insect parts found in the company's Similac baby formula, the latest suit over the issue to suffer such a fate.
