Consumers Hang Up Alliant Robo Call Suit In $1M Deal

Law360, New York (September 27, 2011, 9:12 PM EDT) -- California-based law firm Alliant Law Group PC will pay $1 million to settle a class action claiming it made collection robo calls to consumers' cellphones without their prior consent, according to a final settlement order filed Monday.
