Crate & Barrel Accused Of Wage Violations

Law360, New York (September 28, 2011, 3:49 PM EDT) -- Two former Crate & Barrel employees launched a putative class action Tuesday in California, upbraiding the home decor chain for allegedly scrimping on wages.

The complaint claims Crate & Barrel and its parent company, Euromarket Designs Inc., failed to pay California employees for overtime work and did not provide adequate meal and rest breaks.
