Ricoh Faces Worker Class Action Over Unpaid Expenses

Law360, New York (September 29, 2011, 3:07 PM EDT) -- Electronics giant Ricoh Americas Corp. was hit with a class action in California state court on Monday alleging the company failed to reimburse employees for work-related expenses.

The suit was lodged by Parhum Zadeh on behalf of himself and other current and former account executives of Ricoh and its subsidiary Ikon Office Solutions Inc.
