GTA Containers Protests $99M Marine Corps Contract

Law360, New York (September 29, 2011, 3:16 PM EDT) -- GTA Containers Inc., a manufacturer of fuel and water tank systems, said in a complaint unsealed Wednesday that the U.S. Marine Corps relied on misrepresentations and flawed price analysis when awarding a $99 million contract to rival JGB Enterprises Inc.
