Kansas Court To Hear Hot Fuel Conspiracy Suits

Law360, New York (June 20, 2007, 12:00 AM EDT) -- The slew of lawsuits launched across the U.S. alleging an oil industry “hot fuel” conspiracy were on Monday consolidated in Kansas district court.

The Judicial Panel on Multidistrict Litigation ordered the transfer of all twelve putative class actions, along with another 21 potential “tag along actions” to U.S. District Judge Kathyrn Vratil's court, some five months after the first suit was filed.
