Dish Wants FCC Hearing On $39B AT&T, T-Mobile Merger

Law360, San Diego (September 29, 2011, 9:06 PM EDT) -- Dish Network Corp. on Wednesday called on the Federal Communications Commission to swiftly set up a hearing over AT&T Inc.’s proposed $39 billion takeover of T-Mobile USA Inc., claiming any delay would harm Dish's ability to enter the wireless broadband market.
