Motley Crue Sued Again Over Copyrighted Photos

Law360, New York (September 30, 2011, 6:02 PM EDT) -- Motley Crue was sued again Monday in Illinois federal court by a photographer who claims the heavy metal band misused copyrighted images of its members.

Plaintiff Ron Toma, who has settled two previous suits against the band over the same images, claims that Motley Crue has displayed at least one of the photos, the cover of the band's 1981 debut album "Too Fast for Love," on large screens during its concerts.
