Jones Day Helps ACI In Sweetened $520M S1 Purchase

Law360, New York (October 3, 2011, 2:49 PM EDT) -- Payments processing company ACI Worldwide Inc. said Monday that competitor S1 Corp. had agreed to an increased takeover offer worth about $520 million, following rival suitor Fundtech Ltd.'s decision to drop its bid after being taken over by a private equity firm.
