High Court Rejects Appeal In Military Data Breach Case

Law360, New York (October 3, 2011, 5:50 PM EDT) -- The U.S. Supreme Court on Monday refused to hear the appeal of a 73-year-old University of Tennessee professor convicted in 2008 of giving foreigners access to sensitive data related to plasma technology on military drones.
