Suits Brought By State AGs Not Class Actions: 9th Circ.

Law360, New York (October 3, 2011, 8:16 PM EDT) -- Lawsuits filed by the attorneys general of California and Washington against Sharp Corp. and others over an alleged thin-film liquid crystal display panel price-fixing conspiracy are not class actions and were rightly remanded from federal to state court, the Ninth Circuit ruled on Monday.
