Atty Impeded $188M Hospital Fraud Fine Collection: US

Law360, New York (October 3, 2011, 8:03 PM EDT) -- An attorney for the former owner of a bankrupt Chicago hospital was arrested Monday in Florida and charged with lying under oath in an alleged attempt to thwart the government's collection of a $188 million fine surrounding a massive health care fraud.
