Pillow Maker Picks Patent Fight With 'Happy Days' Actor

Law360, New York (October 5, 2011, 3:09 PM EDT) -- A specialty pillow maker sued former "Happy Days" cast member Anson Williams and his cosmetics company StarMaker Products LLC in California federal court Friday, alleging they infringed a patent for a pillow designed to help prevent facial wrinkles.

Save My Face Inc.'s suit alleges Williams, known for playing Warren “Potsie” Weber on the show, and his company sold Face Perfect Pillows through various retailers — including QVC, Drugstore.com, Beauty.com and Walgreen's drugstores — that were identical or nearly identical to Save My Face's patented design....
