Fraud Claim Against Ex-Golden Globes Publicist Tossed

Law360, Los Angeles (October 4, 2011, 3:54 PM EDT) -- A California state judge on Tuesday struck a fraud claim from the Hollywood Foreign Press Association's lawsuit alleging its former public relations firm violated confidentiality agreements after claiming in its own suit that the HFPA's Golden Globe Awards were corrupt.
