Danfoss Unit To Pay $3M In Compressor Antitrust Probe

Law360, New York (October 4, 2011, 5:04 PM EDT) -- Federal prosecutors told a Michigan federal court Tuesday that heating and cooling manufacturer Danfoss Flensburg GmbH would plead guilty and pay a $3 million criminal fine for its role in a global plot to fix prices of certain refrigerant compressors.
