Hilton Gets Green Light For $2.5M Wage Action Settlement

Law360, Los Angeles (October 5, 2011, 3:04 PM EDT) -- A California judge on Wednesday granted preliminary approval of Hilton Hotels Corp.’s $2.5 million settlement with a class of more than 1,000 hourly workers who say the hospitality chain denied them meal and rest breaks and refused to pay overtime compensation.
