Law360, New York (June 22, 2007, 12:00 AM EDT) -- Saying it could chill cooperation with future investigations, the Federal Trade Commission is trying to block an attempt by Whole Foods Market Inc. to win access to information the regulator gleaned from other grocery stores while investigating the store's acquisition of rival Wild Oats Markets Inc.
