Foreign Sales Claims Survive In LCD Price-Fixing MDL

Law360, New York (October 6, 2011, 7:40 PM EDT) -- A California federal judge on Wednesday said the alleged price-fixing actions of a group of liquid crystal display manufacturers had directly impacted the U.S. market, nixing the manufacturers’ bid to toss a class of indirect purchasers’ antitrust claims based on foreign sales.
