Law360, Chicago (October 6, 2011, 7:13 PM EDT) -- The U.S. Department of Defense told a federal judge Wednesday that Overseas Lease Group Inc.'s request to force the U.S. to produce documents regarding its contract with OLG competitor Anham LLC is an improper attempt to expand its breach-of-contract suit.
