Ramp Plaintiffs Seek Final Blessing Of $2M Settlement

Law360, New York (June 22, 2007, 12:00 AM EDT) -- Lead plaintiffs in a securities class action pending against health care software maker Ramp Corp. have asked a district court to approve the $2 million settlement reached in the case.

In a motion filed on Thursday in the U.S. District Court for the Southern District of New York, plaintiffs requested final court approval of the $2,075,000 settlement reached in February 2007. The court initially approved the settlement in March.
