Weinsteins Can't Escape $50M Suit Over Botched Film

Law360, New York (October 7, 2011, 1:49 PM EDT) -- A New York judge refused Wednesday to nix a $50 million contract suit accusing The Weinstein Co. of botching the production of an upcoming animated movie, despite the filmmaking company's claim that the dispute belonged in California.
