Casino Game Co. Accuses Rival Of Lifting Trade Secrets

Law360, New York (October 11, 2011, 7:17 PM EDT) -- Reel Games Inc. sued Galaxy Gaming Inc. in Florida federal court Monday, accusing the rival company of violating a nondisclosure agreement and misappropriating trade secrets for casino games that allow players to bet on others' hands as well as their own.

Monday's amended complaint replaces a complaint filed Thursday that was dismissed on a technicality by U.S. District Judge William J. Zloch on Friday.
