Ex-Waste Management Execs Dodge ERISA Claims

Law360, New York (October 7, 2011, 7:09 PM EDT) -- A Washington federal judge on Oct. 3 threw out several claims against former Waste Management Inc. executives in a class action brought by former employees alleging the fiduciaries of the company retirement plan covered up a massive accounting scheme by the company.
