Army Official Sees 7 Steps To Acquisition Reform

Law360, New York (October 12, 2011, 5:07 PM EDT) -- A high-ranking U.S. Army official on Tuesday laid out seven “commandments for managing modernization” that the agency should follow to improve its acquisition process in the face of major defense budget cuts.
