WL Homes Nailed With Suit Over Widespread Defects

Law360, New York (October 13, 2011, 6:24 PM EDT) -- More than 120 California residents sued WL Homes LLC in state court Tuesday, accusing the defunct homebuilder of negligence and breach of contract in selling residences with numerous structural and design defects that caused significant damage to their properties.
