Ameriprise Wage Action Taken Down By Concepcion

Law360, New York (October 13, 2011, 1:59 PM EDT) -- A federal judge in California dismissed a putative wage-and-hour class action against Ameriprise Financial Services Inc. on Wednesday and ordered the plaintiff, an ex-Ameriprise financial adviser, to pursue her claims as an individual in arbitration, citing the U.S. Supreme Court's Concepcion ruling.
