O’Melveny Cuts Deal With MGA In $10M Fee Dispute

Law360, San Diego (October 13, 2011, 4:25 PM EDT) -- O’Melveny & Myers LLP told a California court earlier this month that it had reached a tentative settlement in its suit alleging MGA Entertainment Inc. owed $10.2 million in legal fees from the Bratz doll maker's trade secrets and employment contract fight with Mattel Inc.
