Amazon, Sears Settle Web Patent Suit With Alcatel-Lucent

Law360, New York (October 14, 2011, 3:38 PM EDT) -- Sears Holdings Corp. and Inc. on Thursday ended their involvement in a lawsuit Alcatel-Lucent USA Inc. brought in Texas against several major online retailers over patents related to e-commerce and search engine technology.
