US, Sprint Dog AT&T For Docs On T-Mobile Merger

Law360, New York (October 13, 2011, 7:20 PM EDT) -- AT&T Inc. is facing pressure to loosen its grip on information about its proposed T-Mobile USA Inc. merger, with the Federal Communications Commission asking Thursday for data supporting the company's claim that the deal would create jobs and the U.S. Department of Justice backing Sprint Nextel Corp.'s bid for access to discovery materials.
