Law360, Washington (October 13, 2011, 6:53 PM EDT) -- An FBI agent testifying against six military equipment industry executives accused of bribing Gabonese officials to win contracts told a federal jury Thursday that his sexual innuendo-laced text messages with the government's lead informant were part of building their operational relationship.
