Creed Band Members Sue Label Over Ownership Stakes

Law360, New York (October 13, 2011, 8:24 PM EDT) -- Vocalist Scott Stapp and guitarist Mark Tremonti of the rock band Creed filed separate suits Wednesday in New York court, accusing the band's recording label Wind-Up Entertainment Inc. of breaching an agreement to give each of them 24.5 percent ownership in two publishing companies.
