STMicroelectronics, SanDisk Ask To Dismiss Suit

Law360 (June 25, 2007, 12:00 AM EDT) -- Putting the finishing touches on nearly three years of litigation over flash memory patents, SanDisk Corp. and STMicroelectronics Inc. on Saturday jointly asked a judge to dismiss all claims in the case.

The dismissal would include SanDisk's declaratory judgment counterclaims against STMicroelectronic's patents in Texas and would preclude re-litigation of those declaratory judgment claims in California as well.
