Law360, New York (October 14, 2011, 6:01 PM EDT) -- A California federal judge on Thursday rejected Allianz Life Insurance Co.'s bid to nix conspiracy claims in a pair of related class actions accusing it of fraudulently inducing senior citizens to purchase deferred annuities by knowingly misstating their value.
