SAIC Faces Class Action Over Tricare Data Breach

Law360, New York (October 14, 2011, 2:56 PM EDT) -- Science Applications International Corp., the contractor that transports data for the U.S. military's Tricare health care program, was sued Thursday in Florida by a class of Tricare beneficiaries who said they were among the nearly five million whose personal information was stolen in a recent data breach.
