Sony “Playing Games” Over Playstation Experts: Suit

Law360 (June 25, 2007, 12:00 AM EDT) -- A California computer chip company has accused Sony Computer Entertainment America Inc. of “playing games” by resisting attempts to bring its Japanese witnesses to the U.S. to testify about the company's video game technology.

MicroUnity Systems Engineering Inc. wants SCEA to bring witnesses from Sony Computer Entertainment Inc., its parent company in Japan, to the U.S. because SCEA said it has no in-house technical experts regarding the alleged infringing technology.
