Log Cabin Republicans Urge 9th Circ. To Revisit DADT

Law360, New York (October 14, 2011, 3:04 PM EDT) -- The Log Cabin Republicans on Thursday asked the Ninth Circuit to revive its consideration of the recently repealed "don't ask, don't tell" policy, saying the constitutionality of the law must be determined in the event that DADT is later reinstated.
