US, Ex-Dick's Exec Both Push For Light Sentence

Law360, New York (October 14, 2011, 6:08 PM EDT) -- Federal prosecutors and defense attorneys both asked a New York federal court Friday to lower the sentencing range of former Dick’s Sporting Goods Inc. real estate executive Joseph Queri Jr. because of his cooperation in an insider trading and kickback case.
