MPS Pushes For Expedited Final Judgment

Law360, New York (June 25, 2007, 12:00 AM EDT) -- Monolithic Power Systems Inc., which won a patent infringement case last month against O2 Micro International Ltd., has asked the court to issue an immediate final judgment of invalidity to stop O2 Micro from “harassing” its customers.

In court documents filed Monday with the U.S. District Court for the Northern District of California, MPS accused O2 Micro of continuing to press infringement claims involving the inverter controller patent in question.
