No Quick End For Dallas In Ex-Auditor's Retaliation Suit

Law360, New York (October 14, 2011, 8:02 PM EDT) -- A federal judge said on Friday that a jury should hear a former fraud auditor's claim that Dallas improperly fired him in retaliation for filing a False Claims Act suit against the city over alleged Medicare overbilling.

U.S. District Judge Reed C. O'Connor accepted U.S. Magistrate Judge Irma C. Ramirez's Sept. 27 recommendation to deny competing summary judgment motions lodged by Dallas and the fired auditor, Douglas Moore.
