Madoff Investors Seek Status To Access Victim Funds

Law360, New York (October 17, 2011, 4:10 PM EDT) -- Investors in 16 funds that funneled money into Bernard L. Madoff's massive Ponzi scheme asked a New York federal court on Friday to reverse a bankruptcy court's ruling that found them ineligible to receive money recovered for the imprisoned fraudster's victims.
