'The Hills' Staffer Slams MTV In Sexual Harassment Suit

Law360, New York (October 19, 2011, 3:46 PM EDT) -- A former production coordinator for MTV Networks Co.'s reality series "The Hills" sued the network for sexual harassment, wrongful termination and wage violations Tuesday, alleging she was subjected to sexual advances by other employees while the show was filming in Costa Rica.

In the suit, filed in California court, Eliza Sproul claims the hostile environment on the set in Costa Rica caused her to break down with exhaustion and dehydration, leading her to be admitted to a hospital.
