Photog Claims IPhone Apps Nicked Her Pics

Law360, New York (October 19, 2011, 1:09 PM EDT) -- A Texas photographer filed a copyright infringement suit against Apple Inc. on Tuesday, alleging that the company is selling iPhone applications that feature her photos without permission.

In the suit, filed in Texas federal court, Shanti Deva Korpi claims that two apps sold in Apple's App Store republish photos she uploaded to Yahoo Inc.'s photo-sharing website Flickr.
