Law360, New York (October 19, 2011, 9:25 PM EDT) -- An ex-JPMorgan Chase Bank NA worker who brought a putative class action claiming she didn't get proper wage statements and saw unused vacation days forfeited in violation of California law sought preliminary court approval for a $9.2 million settlement pact on Tuesday.
