Army Should Pay Fees For Janitorial Contract Fight: GAO

Law360, New York (October 19, 2011, 6:47 PM EDT) -- The U.S. Army should pay some of the legal fees incurred by A1 Procurement JVD in a protest that succeeded in forcing re-evaluation of a janitorial contract awarded to a rival company, the U.S. Government Accountability Office said in a decision published Wednesday.
