PR Firm Travers Collins Says Ex-Execs Stole Clients

Law360, New York (October 19, 2011, 5:17 PM EDT) -- Public relations firm Travers Collins & Co. Inc. filed a lawsuit Monday accusing five of its former investor relations executives of resigning en masse to set up their own publicity firm and stealing clients for their new venture.

It in its complaint, filed in New York State Supreme Court in Erie County, Travers Collins alleged that Lynn Casteel and Jeffrey Schoenborn had hidden public relations opportunities that came to the company and later swiped those opportunities for their new firm.
