ATM Users Swipe At Banks, Card Cos. In Antitrust Suit

Law360, New York (October 19, 2011, 6:57 PM EDT) -- A group of ATM users on Tuesday launched a putative class action against Visa Inc., MasterCard Inc., Bank of America Corp. and others in Washington federal court, accusing the credit card titans and banks of violating antitrust regulations by placing restrictions on ATM access fees.
