CBS, Paramount Beat 'Happy Days' Stars' Fraud Claims

Law360, Los Angeles (October 19, 2011, 3:42 PM EDT) -- A California judge on Wednesday axed fraud and conversion claims leveled against CBS Studios Inc. and Paramount Pictures by five former "Happy Days" cast members who claim they've been cheated out of $10 million in contractually promised merchandising fees.
