Qualcomm Amends Patent Complaint Against Nokia

Law360, New York (June 26, 2007, 12:00 AM EDT) -- In the latest step in a protracted patent battle, Qualcomm Inc. amended its complaint against Finnish cellphone maker Nokia Corp. but still alleged that the company had infringed on three patents related to downloading digital content over a GPRS/EDGE wireless data network.
